There is nothing you can do to have more peace in your life. All the peace in the world is already within you. There is nothing you need do to have more love. Seek not love outside of yourself. Be not discouraged when others do not give you the love that you want. Love is already with you, for you are That. Seek not happiness. It comes and goes like the wind. Be Joy. It is who you are, regardless of the clouds. Love is. Peace is inherent in this awareness. Allow all human happenings, and peace arises.

I thought of you today Suzanne. I’m at a meeting with many folks with a military bent (some in camo) discussing air operations in the South. Some are relaxed and a joy to listen to while others are tense and business like. The topic is important but as I look deeper into the big picture, I know. I’m glad I’m awakening and will do my best to pass on my information tomorrow knowing there is much more to who we are. I’m blessed to have awareness and am open to what comes.
Almost all of Sanaya’s messages make immediate sense to me, and I accept them immediately. A part of this message threw me, though. “Be not discouraged when others do not give you the love that you want.” It seems that to live this message means that we shouldn’t emotionally invest in our relationships with others, including family. I’m sure this is not the intent, so I’m still working through this message. Any ideas from readers?

Hi Jim,
The human side definitely gets emotionally attached to others. There’s nothing wrong with that, but attachment of any kind ultimately leads to suffering. To find unconditional love for all out of the simple connection, without attachment … in other words, the love simply IS, completely in the moment … is very freeing. Alas, as humans, relationships generall come with attachment.
