Sanaya: Good morning. It is quite unusual for us to wish "good morning," for this one usually brings us through in the evening hours. But this is a special gathering, and you must know that there is no time nor space in our dimension, and thus time means nothing to us.

We wish to speak to you this morning of a topic that was raised by one already here, and not one which we would normally raise right at the beginning of a session. But it has to do with the visitation in the home of one here present of what was perceived as a bit of an evil spirit. And we wish you to know that, yes, indeed there are lower vibrations, lower energies, which would pull you all back down to a place of fear. But do not succumb to these vibrations.

One of you here has had the experience of a visitation in the nighttime by spirit entities � intelligence operating on the physical plane and this does happen. Yet it is quite rare. And their actions did engender a bit of fear.

We wish you to know that the spirit world, by and large, is a dimension of love much higher than that which you experience in your ordinary walking about in this realm. Perhaps you can feel a bit of it now. What are you experiencing? Can you feel the warmth? You are touching our world, and when you pass from this world and no longer encumbered by the physical body you will experience physical warmth as if a blanket is enveloping you. We give you this experience now. Wrap yourselves in it now. This is the vibration of love.

It is the vibration of fear which fills you with cold. Perhaps you are instantly brought back to that feeling of cold as you think of fearful thoughts. You have been raised to fear so called "ghosts." What are ghosts? What are poltergeists, but residual energy from consciousness, which is not quite yet ready to enter the realm, the dimension, of love.

These entities have a bit of learning to do. Yet they have consciousness. They are consciousness, which is what you are, here and now and forevermore.

And so if you should encounter what you would know as a ghost, it is nothing to fear. That is a bit of consciousness enveloped with one vibration � still vibrating in a vibration that keeps it closer to the physical world so that you can experience it in this realm. It does not come to harm you. It comes for its own personal experience. It is intelligent. It merely needs to know that it is no longer of this dimension and needs to move on for its own soul's growth. You can communicate, mentally, with this intelligence and ask it "Move along now, your time here is passed. You will grow much faster in the spirit world where you belong now. Thank you for coming. Be well. I send you on your way with love."

Have no fear my friends. You are here for your own soul's growth. Here in this room, yes, for your own soul's growth. For we hope that you do take this experience with you and remember the feelings that you experience now as this higher energy imbues every cell of your body. You will be forever changed. Perhaps you will be aware of it at a cellular level. Your every cell thanks you. They soak it up like a sponge. So soak it up on a conscious level. And, know that you are here now for your soul's growth, but you are here in physical form for your soul's growth as well.

Why else would you come to this world of ups and downs? (A world) of love, yes, but so much less than love at many times. Is this not so? Do you not come here and experience quite the opposite of love on a regular basis? And it is how you choose to respond to those situations you face day after day, moment after moment, that determines your soul's growth. Do you respond to your challenges with fear or with love? It is all up to you. Do not look outside of yourself for others to solve your challenges � to bring more love into your life. This is why you are here.

You could have remained in the spirit world as spirit, for that is from whence you came. You began as spirit � formless, but as consciousness � as part and parcel of all that is � of the One Great Consciousness. And then that great Consciousness decided that it wished to have yet another experience in physical form to experience this world of growth and then return and blend once again with the greater consciousness, having grown � to raise the overall consciousness through that growth.

How does one grow? How do you grow? Quite simple: by choosing love as the only answer to every situation.

It sounds quite simple, does it not? Yet you make it so very difficult. It is the ego that puts up the walls, that says, "I need to be right. I need to be first." And you stunt your own growth when you let the ego take precedence over spirit. You are spirit. In some of you it is in there hiding behind the ego. Let it free. It is that light inside of you begging to shine forth.

Yet the ego says, "No, I must respond to anger with anger." Your soul does not have a chance to grow. So when that so called "idiot" in a car cuts you off, how will you respond? Will you immediately respond with anger, with judgment towards that one who most likely had no idea that you were there? Or will you respond with understanding, that that one has yet a bit more growth to experience and send that one loving thoughts that he not have an accident?

Do you see the difference? Do you see how you have just taken an opportunity and you have grown from it? All of life is full of these opportunities. And when you pass from this life it will be quite evident to you how many of those opportunities you have grasped, you have taken, you have shined your light upon. Instead of responding as the ego, as the human being, respond as the spirit being that you are.

In every opportunity go forth from this room and radiate the love that you are radiating to this one now on all that you meet. And they will feel the difference, just as this one does as you ratchet it up bit by bit.

A shortened message today for there will be card players that want to come in and play their games (in the room where we were meeting) will they not? Yet now you know: Yes, this is a game you are playing here in this earthly life. But it is a most serious one, is it not, this game of life? Learning to love in spite of whatever faces you. And how you play the game will determine what level to which you rise when you get to the other side. Like a school, will you pass to the next dimension and be surrounded with the love that you seek here? Then find it here.

You do not become spiritual beings immediately upon passing to the other side. This is a misperception. You are exactly as you are now. Yet you continue growing as a spirit being unencumbered by the physical body. You actually grow much faster as a soul here in this realm of duality, for you face so many challenges and you have so many choices to respond with love.

In the spirit world, when you pass from this world, you will be surrounded with nothing but love. It is a beautiful experience, but there is much less growth. Because you can languor in that beautiful feeling as long as you wish until you decide, "I would like to rise even higher. How do I do that? Perhaps another visit to that reality where all have not yet learned the lessons of love."

See this experience in human form not as a punishment, and at times it may seem that way to you, when you face your challenges of sickness, of grief, of anger, of interpersonal relationships. Not a punishment at all, but a choice you made whilst still in physical--in SPIRIT form--we correct this one � a choice you made to come back and experience the opposite of love, to exercise your greatest muscle: the heart.

Have you been doing your exercises? It does not get weaker from misuse. It waits. But, oh, does it grow strong the more you radiate love.

Be that which you are. At all times remember these teachings. Radiate love. In so doing, you raise the vibrations of those around you and most certainly your own vibration. And, therefore, take the maximum advantage of this 'go around' in human form.

Quite a few of you have questions. We have but a little time for a few. We will entertain one now.

Q: Will there be an end to war on earth in my lifetime?

Not in your lifetime, my dear child, and we do regret to say this to you. But, you know already this is true. Why is this so? Because this is the realm of learning, and far more need to learn the lesson of loving thy brother as thyself. They have not yet learned this. The ego dominates in your world, and so there is competition instead of cooperation.

We wish all of you to see every human being as a cell in the body of humanity which is God's body. God does not have a body and so you are given a body to express love � through your words, through your touch, through your actions. You are all individuated cells in one great body, all interconnected. When you cooperate with each other there is harmony. When you fight, what do you have but cancer.

Your wars are a result of ignorance of the true nature of the human being. Imagine if all mankind were to understand that you are spirit beings. You could not harm each other. There would be no war, for there would not be competition, but cooperation and harmony.

But, what have we just shared with you? This is a school. It is temporary, my friend. So, do not despair. Much learning comes from your wars. Step out of the drama � above � take the bigger vantage point. Yes, the cells do die off. But, do they not regenerate? Do you not (personally) have a whole new body of cells every few years? Your science has proven this. And, your earth will be populated once again with regenerated "cells" which have grown � which are constantly seeking greater harmony.

Over time the wars will lessen, and then there will be no reason to come back into physical form. For when love prevails upon your earth, you will have heaven on earth. Do you understand?

Another question please?

Q: What is, and does heaven and hell exist?

Heaven on earth, as we have just described, is a state of being in which there is nothing but love and loving vibrations. It exists around you now. This one is tapping into it at this very moment � in heaven. Not a place, a state of being. You will experience it, every one of you here when you no longer have a physical body. You can tap into this in your meditations.

What is hell? Not a place. No more of a place than heaven is a place, but a state of consciousness � the lowest of vibrations. All is a spectrum of consciousness, of vibration. And those who have not learned the lesson of loving will be attracted to others of the more base, the baser vibrations. And they will be surrounded by these baser vibrations, and will, all of a sudden, be quite aware of the effects of those lower vibrations � of their actions in the physical world � and how they did affect others and how they did fail to love.

Yet they will be quite aware that love is there just beyond their reach. And they will feel such a longing for it and a bit of a frustration for it, but a pull � a magnetic pull towards that light such as you feel now in physical form. And they will know that they are not being judged � that they must find it within their own spirit to raise their vibrations.

And so, hell becomes knowing that love is there but they have not yet risen to that point. If you would take them back to the realm of time, which you experience now, it would be quite a long period of time before they are given a chance to try again in physical form.

All must pay for what they do. It is through the remorse that one feels at a personal level that they experience hell. But it is a state of consciousness � one which all can rise above, always through the conscious use of consciousness � which is love.

We hope this has answered your question. And we will entertain one more please.

Q: Can you tell us anything about our next President?

Grounded very much in the physical realm, are you not? Perhaps you understand that the election of a president does have the ability to affect the physical world � your financial worries, your employment worries. We would ask you to be not so worried about this (aspect of the) physical world, but your actions here and now towards each other.

Man has free will, and it will be an example of the development of the spiritual state of your country what kind of President they do choose. Are they grounded in materiality, or are they more focused on spirituality? We would hope that the two would come together. But because of free will this has not yet been worked out completely, as all are growing spirituality. Yes, we can see the big picture, but it is up to all of you to raise the vibrations. Do you not grow from the strife caused by decisions made at the highest level?

Concern yourself with your individual choices. Do not get dragged down so much by your politics. Pray that your politicians are guided by the highest possible guidance. But look at your fellow human beings in this nation who have built up this imaginary border and said "We are different from that nation." And within that group of cells you have groups of cells that say "I am red," and "I am blue." And do you not see competition instead of cooperation? Pray instead to find a leader that can bring all together.

It begins at the smallest level by radiating love. Send loving energy to your President, whoever it is. Be not a red or blue cell, but a purple cell. What is the highest color my friends? On your spectrum it is violet, the color of the crown chakra. A coincidence? Send violet energy to your leaders. Surround them with love, that they may make the most judicious decisions to bring all of the cells of your nation � all of the cells of your world � into harmony.

When you have a President like that in your White House, then you will truly be blessed. But no man has yet reached that position in your country. There have been those masters who walked upon this earth. The one known as Jesus had quite the capacity to bring the cells together in harmony. Pray for such a leader, and if one does not appear on the horizon in this lifetime, know that it is coming, and that by sending loving vibrations to whoever wins your election, you are doing your part far greater than casting a vote in one direction or another.

We thank you so very much for this time together. We hope it has been a blessed experience for you. We hope that you take with it a bit of wisdom � take from it a higher vibration for yourself. Go forth from this room and share this experience, not necessarily in words, but in thought and action.
