Attunement
Dear Suzanne,
I just came home from experiencing your session this evening, and I need to put into writing how I feel.
I have never experienced anything quite like this, ever. I will begin by saying that if I could sustain this feeling, I believe that I would never need food or conversation again. It is a degree of contentment, of bliss, of fullness, of "otherness" that is brand new to this body. I, who am notoriously cold when others are comfortable, felt the heat immediately, and the absence of it just as suddenly when Sanaya said "goodnight." I believe that the intensity of her vibration is a function of the intensity of her Love, which caused me to align with the Love that I really am, and for that experience you have my undying gratitude. What a gift you have. I, who have just celebrated 80 years on this earth-plane have you to thank for the experience of my lifetime. I send you love and appreciation,

"I had been experiencing excruciating pain in my
right shoulder blade for many months prior to
attending a channeling session with Suzanne.
(There were approximately 40 people present). I
had been examined by multiple physicians
including Mayo Clinic. No one could find a
cause/treatment. Suzanne prayed for healing
during the session. At the same time, I began to
earnestly pray for the healing of my right
shoulder blade. I instantly felt severe prickling
and numbness in that area and then my entire
body became very warm. These symptoms lasted
for 3-4 minutes. I knew the moment the
symptoms disappeared that I had been healed. It
has been almost a year without any reoccurrence
of the above symptoms. I know, without a doubt,
I was healed by God that special evening using
Suzanne as the conduit."

Call It What You Like ...
Some call it "channeling;" others call it "trance mediumship." Those who know me well and witness me speaking in a strange voice with fluid gestures tell me, "That's not you." In a way, they're right, but in another way, what they're witnessing is a higher aspect of "me" (and you) as spirit. This aspect of Spirit is available to all of us, and comes to me as the result of desire, intention, and years of practicing attunement with the higher realms through meditation.
What is this phenomenon that brings through answers to questions of which I have no knowledge ... that brings through written wisdom in the form of inspired poetry, and the daily words of "Sanaya Says"? What is this phenomenon that expresses itself through me in public gatherings of kindred spirits when I quiet my mind and simply "allow" that energy to flow through me?
I call it "attunement," because it is a process of consciously attuning with Infinite Intelligence … with the One Mind. When I bring through Sanaya's words, I am "tapping in" to Higher Consciousness. I am allowing that Consciousness to express itself through my body: through my brain, through my vocal cords, through my arms and hands, and through my pen.
"All That Is" is guided and overseen by The One … the one Divine Mind. We-just like those "focuses of consciousness" beyond our human level-are all part of that Mind. When the mind of Einstein received the inspiration that led him to "e=mc2," that came from Mind at a higher level. When the mind of Mozart "heard" his many symphonies in single bursts of inspiration, he was connecting with Mind,or minds, at a higher level. When I hear the words of Sanaya, I allow that Mind, or minds, from a higher level to express itself through me as inspirational words, written or spoken.
Anyone who creates beautiful art or inspired music, prose, or poetry is channeling … they are bringing through the higher aspects of Who we all are, for we are all spirit-beings. They are bringing through the higher aspects of Consciousness to which all of us are connected and through which all of us are interconnected.
Sanaya has told us that she is a collective consciousness of minds with both a feminine and masculine energy. This energy comes from a higher dimension than our own. Sanaya would not even need a name, except for our human need to put labels on things and place our experiences into well-defined boxes. Sanaya takes us outside the box into a dimension where we come face to face with our higher selves. To hear the words of Sanaya as they come through … to sit in that energy … is a palpable experience of higher vibration … of love. To read Sanaya's words can have the same result when you tune in to that finer energy as you read.
Sanaya's teachings, like the teachings of many mystical masters throughout the ages, tell us that there is only One Mind. That Infinite Intelligence to which we are all connected is not readily perceptible while we walk about in a waking state. Higher levels of consciousness are, however, accessible to all of us in our dreams, in meditation, and in a waking meditative state. Those higher levels provide us wisdom, guidance, and inspiration when we learn to still the mind and shift our waking consciousness.
So, call it channeling, if you like. Call it "trance mediumship." For now, I'll simply call it "Attunement." As "Suzanne Giesemann," I am unable to instantly express my limited mind with such beauty or insight. Surrendering to Higher Consciousness, I am able to attune to Sanaya and All That Is, and to share that loving energy with others.
